hello,

I understand the desire for as perfect a story/poem a writer wants to send out. The detail of what’s wrong with a story/poem. My question, as I have a recent background in manufacturing.
We test our parts under ‘customer working conditions’, which in many cases aren’t as tight as our own.
How many of us read a story/poem with the same eye to detail that we critique one? Do we ‘cut’ our favorite author’s and genre’s some slack due to thier status? Does our eye see beauty where we want to see it?

Please help.
Thanks!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
